Hot, warm, and cold without guessing
Temperature should come from activity and time, not from whoever last opened the spreadsheet.

If every lead is 'hot' because someone hopes it is, the queue is noise.
Define hot, warm, and cold from replies, calls, and how long since the last touch. The label then tells the team who to work first.
You can still override it. You should not have to invent it every morning.
