Website forms, Meta ads, email and WhatsApp can all create the same person twice if nothing merges them.

Most connections are set up with you during onboarding. If you already use Zapier or a webhook, those can feed VIQ as well.

The goal is one enquiry, one record — not a new lead every time someone fills a form and then messages WhatsApp.
