A huddle is usually a hunt. Who called? Who replied? Which lead went quiet overnight?
When activity sits on the lead — chats, calls, notes, and the next task — the manager opens the workspace instead of sending a chase message.
The team still talks. They just do not spend the first twenty minutes reconstructing yesterday.
