Bulk WhatsApp and email are useful until they talk over a live lead.
You can run follow-ups from the same CRM, including templates the team already uses. When someone replies, the sequence can pause so a person takes over.
That only works if the campaign and the inbox share the same lead record. Separate tools cannot see each other.
